Over 40 years experience with development programs.  Enterprise experience ranges from Start-up companies, to small business organizations to major aerospace corporations.  Program involvement ranges from Proposal generation to design to managing Engineering Teams and Program Organizations.   Specific experience includes determining requirements and providing direction to development programs from proposal through product delivery.  Significant skill and leadership capabilities to develop requirements and critical task definitions.  Previously performed design, analysis, test, and integration tasks. Highly capable of creating and managing (a) Engineering and Production Project Plans, (b) Work Breakdown Structures, (c) Budgets, and (d) Schedules.  Skillful at coordination and interfacing between departments, functional groups, individual team members and outside suppliers.  Experienced in directing software and hardware qualification programs.  Qualified to write (a) Proposals, (b) Statements of Work, (c), Contract Change Orders, and (d) Compliance Matrices, to insure Contractual Requirements are met. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and working across different disciplines.
